Ingredients
For Marinating
2 lbs of Pork Belly
2 1/2 tbsp of Chinese Rice Cooking Wine
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Five Spice
1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
Put in Refrigerator for 3-4 hrs
after 3-4 hrs clean the skin with a paper
and brush it with vinegar
Poke the Skin and cover it with 3/4 cup of salt
put in oven for 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees
After 45 mins remove salt and clean
with paper towel
Brush the Skin with Vinegar
Put in back in the oven on Broil
for 10-15 minutes or golden brown
